Breadmaker Feta & Onion Focaccia Bread

1 1/2 Cups Water
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Italiano seasoning
1 1/2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 Yeast for bread machine
1 Medium Onion sliced thinly
1 Tbsp Italiano seasoning
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Feta finely crumbled

Place first 7 ingredients in bread maker, run on dough setting.
While you are waiting for the dough, lightly sauté Onion in Olive Oil and Italiano seasoning over Low-Med heat in frying pan.
When dough is ready, divide in half and place on 13-14″ oiled pizza pie pans.
Press down with hand until dough is almost the size to the pan.
Place dimples all over with your finger tips.
Spread divided onion mixture over each flattened dough round.
Cover and let stand for about 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Feta and bake in 400 deg F oven for 18-20 minutes.
When edges are golden brown remove from oven and place on bread on to wire racks.

We enjoy cutting this in to pieces which are dipped in to Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil with a few spices.
